Absence Policy:

• If a participant is absent and has paid the fees, refunds will not be issued except in rare circumstances deemed valid by the organizer; such approved cases will have a 50% refund of the paid amount.

• Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of receiving a verified refund request from a participant

• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the organizer, based on documentation and reason provided. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
